Returns

We want you to be totally delighted with your purchase and operate a no hassle 14 day returns policy from the date you receive your order.

Items should be returned as received, new, unused, unworn, undamaged, with all the original tags attached and with original packaging. Suitable packaging should be used for the return; ensuring goods are protected during transit back to us.

To return unwanted goods, please contact us within 14 days from the date you receive the goods at hello@inspiremysoul.co.uk requesting a return number (RMA).

Please complete the return form (included with your order, quoting the RMA number you requested and received via email and include in the return package.

The goods are your responsibility until we have received the return back. The cost of the return postage is your liability and we strongly recommend that you send your return via a recorded or tracked and insured delivery, as we cannot be held liable for damaged or lost items on their return journey to us. We also recommend that you obtain a certificate of proof of postage.

Once the return has been received, the item(s) will be checked and your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt.

Inspire My Soul work hard to ensure that all our items are delivered in the safest possible way and that they arrive with you in perfect condition. In the event that your item has arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours of receipt along with photographic evidence.

We will then contact you to discuss a replacement or refund. We cannot accept responsibility for damages after 48 hours.

If any of the packaging is damaged you should refuse the delivery and not sign for it.

Inspire My Soul will refund return postage on faulty items.

Personalised or custom items are individually made to order and are therefore excluded from our 14 day no hassle returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are also unable to accept earrings, unless faulty for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Any return requested 14 days + following the receipt of goods, will not be eligible to return for refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
